Keep a few rules in mind, check regularly, and take simple steps—your tyres will last.
Advice: Check your tyre pressure at least once a month and before long journeys, including the spare tyre. Correct inflation optimizes performance and increases safety.
How to do it: Check tyres when "cold" (at least 3 hours after driving). Use a certified air pressure gauge and compare the measured pressure to the recommended PSI found in your vehicle owner’s manual or on the sticker inside the driver’s side door.
Advice: Worn tyres lose adhesion on wet roads, increasing the risk of hydroplaning. Replace tyres when tread depth reaches the legal minimum.
How to do it: Look for the built-in “Tread Wear Indicators” (small raised bars, 1.6mm high, running across the main tread grooves). A tyre must be changed as soon as the tread wears down to these indicators.
Advice: Below 7°C, summer tyres harden and lose grip. Winter tyres stay flexible for better safety on snow, ice, and wet roads.
How to do it: Fit 4 winter tyres for balanced handling. Fitting only 2 can cause spinning or skidding in bends.
Advice: Tyres age even when not in use. Surface cracks and distortion can occur if stored incorrectly. Proper storage increases tyre life and performance.
How to do it: Keep tyres in a “well-ventilated, cool, dry area” away from direct sunlight, heat, flames, chemicals, solvents, ozone sources (like electric motors), and any sharp objects.

Speed rating indicates the maximum speed a tyre can safely support the vehicle’s weight. Always check your vehicle owner’s manual for the recommended speed rating when replacing tyres.
Tyre adjustments under warranty are only handled at an authorized retailer. For any warranty questions, contact your local retailer directly.
·Tread depth below 2/32″ (legally worn out).
·Exposed metal wires.
·Vehicle pulls to one side (alignment issue, but tyres may be unevenly worn).
·Tyres are 3+ years old.
·Season mismatch (e.g., summer tyres in winter).
